With fisting being my party trick and a life long obsession i want to make sure that all the new kids out there are doing it safe and still keeping it fun.
HepC in rising at an alarming rate with more and more people getting infected. One of the ways you can catch HepC is through fisting. HepC is carried in the blood so wearing gloves will greatly reduce the chance of the tops nails getting in contact with the linings of your ass and causing tears or damage which could make you bleed. Even with gloves make sure the top has cut his nail supper short, get out a nail file to make sure there are no sharp edges because you really don't want the gloves to split inside your ass as well . Also be careful of sharing lube if your in a flip flop, group session, or just round another fuck buddies house make sure you have taken your own lube in a clean bottle and keep it just for your own use during play, as i was recently told that the HepC virus can live up to 30 DAYS in a dead blood cell SCARY right. THINK if the top or bottom gets out a crusty looking bottle or even a clean one ask him when was the lube made. I would just not use it FULL STOP. For the top there is less risk if you have a glove on, as it will cover up any cuts or scratches you may have on your hands but for the bottom if your using someone else's lube you don't know who has used it before you. small amounts of blood could be in the lube from a previous play session and if that comes in contact with you then you increase the risk of you getting infected.
OK so i have used many gloves in my time but these are the ones I'm sticking with. Powder free so it wont cause irritation and supper smooth. That are a little thicker than the cheep ones you buy in the pharmacy but i have asked the tops i have played with and they said they could still feel my ass through them. As for giving a smoother surface i found these great as they help reduce friction which reduced the change of any damage happening to my ass.
My advice guys is simple if your going to get fisted or fist someone remember;

- CUT YOUR NAILS.
- WEAR A GLOVE.
- BRING YOUR OWN LUBE or MAKE SURE ITS FRESH LUBE in a CLEAN CONTAINER (a sports bottle is good if you use lubes like Jlube)
- NEVER SHARE LUBE
- AND IF YOUR IN A GROUP (lucky you) GET THE TOP TO CHANGE GLOVES BETWEEN EACH PERSON HES FISTING. And WASH HIS HANDS AND FORE ARMS.

GRAPPLE101 on tour
A few weekends back we were asked by the organisers of BACKING THE BID for the 2018 GAY GAMES to join in with their club night WELL FIT. The venue was union in Vauxhall and the crowd built up to a mass of sports teams and fitness fanatics. With Jack Chang on the decks it couldn't be better
I spent most of the night getting people to try out the mats like i do on my regular Wednesday GRAPPLE101 nights at the eagle. Shoulder pinning just a simple exercise but fun to do when you dont know wrestling moves. The crowd loved it but maybe not a much as i did.
